Jordan “Jordy” Rader is an award winning Director and DGA Assistant Director with a background in motion-picture, television, and commercial production. 

 

Rader has appeared in titles for Netflix, Lionsgate, 20th Century Fox, Apple TV, Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures Entertainment, ABC Studios, CBS, FX Network, Spike, and TV Land. 

 

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Rader first started directing, writing, and editing films when she was twelve years old. In 2013, she graduated film school with honors and then joined the DGA Training program, launching her career in the entertainment industry. 

 

Her short film "The Invite" (2021) won Best Picture, Best Comedy, Best Director, and Best Indie, her short film “Bucko & Junior” (2020) won Best Comedy and Best Director, her music video “You Can Run” (2015) won Best Music Video, Best Director, Best Screenplay, and Best Cinematography, and her student film “Crimson’s Kiss” (2013) won Best Student Film and Best Editing.
